anti-human CD235a (Glycophorin A) antibodies

28th Aug 2021

RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.

CD235A (Glycophorin A) Antibodies see 2 clones below

MOUSE MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY TO: HUMAN GLYCOPHORIN A (EXTRACELLULAR DOMAIN)

PRODUCT CODE RDI-CBL409 $375.00/vial 200ug

Also available FITC conjugated cat#RDI-CBL409FT $375.00/100T

PE conjugated: cat#RDI-CBL409PE $469.00/100T

CLONE BRIC 256

ISOTYPE IgG1

SOURCE Tissue culture supernatent

PURIFICATION METHOD Protein A affinity chromatography

SPECIFICITY The antibody reacts with a sialoglycoprotein present on human red blood cells and embryoid precursors. Mature, non-nucleated red cells are glycophorin A positive whilst being CD45 and CD71 negative.

APPLICATIONS

* Studies of glycoprotein A in erythroid development.* As a positive control of red blood cells in PNH studies in flow cytometry

Product Specification: mouse monoclonal anti-human erythrocytes

CAT# RDI-M1365clb PRICE: $375.00

Code: CLB-Ery/1

Lot Number:

Tests/vial: 200|

Specificity:

Cell type: Human erythrocytes.

Ag.MW.: 43kD.

Reactivity: The monoclonal antibody is directed against the alpha-chain of glycophorin. In indirect agglutination tests this monoclonal antibody reacts with normoblasts and erythrocytes. No reaction occurs with En(a-) erythrocytes and other normal peripheral blood cells.

Application: The monoclonal antibody is very useful for the recognition of malignant erythroblastic diseases.

Methods: Indirect immunofluorescence staining with analysis by FACS or fluorescence microscopy.

Clone: CLB-143 This clone has been derived from hybridization of SP2/0 cells with spleen cells of a BALB/c mouse immunized with human erythrocytes.

Mouse isotype:The monoclonal antibody is of the mouse subclass IgG1.

Source: Ascites fluid of tumor bearing BALB/c mice.

Purirfication:Ammoniumsulphate precipitation and ion exchange chromatography, followed by affinity chromatography

Packing: Each vial contains 1 ml with approximately 0.1mg/ml monoclonal antibody and 10 mg BSA in 20mM TRIS and 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0.

Preservative: Merthiolate (0.001%).

Storage: Monoclonal antibodies should be stored below -18 Deg C. Repeated thawing and freezing may reduce the antibody activity.
