Species: rat IgG2b

CLONE: RM2-5

Activity: Reacts with CD2 differentiation antigen expressed on peripheral T cells, B cells and NK cells. Cd2 is present throughout mouse thymic ontogeny except for the CD4- CD8- CD25+ subset. In the mouse bone marrow, CD2 is expressed on B220+sIg+CD43= pre B cells, but not on CD43+ pro B cells.


Use: flow cytometry (approx 1ug/1 million cells)
