ANTIBODIES
(anti-Human and others as indicated)
RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.
Catalog#: RDI-HEPARNabm $375.00
Package Size: 100ug IgM in 0.1ml (1mg/ml) 0.02M PBS with 0.25M NaCl,
pH7.6 w/0.1%NaN3
Species: mouse IgG1 (previosuly reported to be IgM but a recent re-test indicates antibody is actually an IgG1)
Reactivity: reacts with heparin/heparin sulfate. Low affinity cross-reactivitry with DNA.
Uses: -Western blot: recognizes heparin sulfate proteoglycan)
-EIA/RIA 1-10ug/ml
-Titer must be optimized for each method
reference: Clin. Immunol. Immunopathol (1993) 67:264
Storage: Before use, tighten cap, centrifuge vial for 1-2 minutes at 1000
rpm to concentrate antibody in vial. Store at -20 DEG C. For extensive dilutions,
add protein containing or stabilizing medium. Avoid frequent freeze thaw
cycles.
Precautions: For In vitro research Use Only. Not for use in or on humans or animals or for diagnostics. Sodium azide may form explosive compounds in presence of heavy metals or under acidic conditions. Flush drains with copious amounts of water to prevent buildup of explosive compounds. It is the responsibility of the user to comply with all local/state and Federal rules in the use of this product. We are not responsible for any patent infringements that might result with the use of or derivation of this product.

Catalog#: RDI-HEPARN1abm $375.00
Package Size: 100ug IgG 0.1ml (1mg/ml) 0.02MPBS + 0.25M NaCl pH7.6,
w/0.1%NaN3
Species: mouse IgG2b
Reactivity: reacts with heparin. Cross reacts with dextran sulfate by EIA.
Also shows some cross reactivity to DNA and heparin sulfate. Reacts with
mouse heparin, does not react with pig. Ohter species not tested.
Uses: -Inhibits the formation of heparin accelerated thrombin-antithrombin complex formation in vitro
-EIA/RIA 1-10ug/ml
-Titer must be optimized for each method
Storage: Before use, tighten cap, centrifuge vial for 1-2 minutes at 1000 rpm to concentrate antibody in vial. Store at 2-8 DEG C for up to 6 months from date of shipment. For long term store -20 DEG C. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.
Precautions: For In vitro research Use Only. Not for use in or on humans or animals or for diagnostics. Sodium azide may form explosive compounds in presence of heavy metals or under acidic conditions. Flush drains with copious amounts of water to prevent buildup of explosive compounds.
