Alkaline Phosphatse antibodies from RDI Divison

29th Aug 2021

RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

Size: 50 mg (lyophilized)

Antibody Concentration: see batch sheet

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride,pH 7.2

Stabilizer: None

Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide

Antigen: calf intestine alkaline phosphatase

Specificity: no cross is observed against the bacterial enzyme. Cross reactivity will occur with alkaline phosphatases from other mammals and tissues.

Applications: suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot),ELISA, immunoprecipitation, conjugation and most immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity.

Recommended Dilutions: Not determined. Optimal titers for applications should be determined by the researcher.

Storage Conditions: Store vial at 4'C prior to restoration. Re-store with 5.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4'C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20'C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1)year from date of reconstitution.

Sodium Chloride,pH 7.2

Stabilizer: None

Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide

Antigen: E. Coli alkaline phosphatase

Specificity: reacts with alkaline phosphatase from E. Coli (cross reactivity may occur with other bacterial sources) No cross observed with mammalian enzyme.

Applications: suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot),ELISA, immunoprecipitation, conjugation and most immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity.

Recommended Dilutions: Not determined. Optimal titers for applications should be determined by the researcher.

Note: None of these antibodies has been tested with other isoforms of alkaline phosphatase. Generally, if you pretreat your sample with levamisole, this will greatly reduce most non intestinal alkaline phosphatase activity.
