PURITY: Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC

PROTEIN CONC: 1mg/ml in 50mM Tris-HCl, 1,5M urea and 50% glycerol.

STORAGE: Protein is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, Store at -20 DEG C.

SPECIFICITY: Immunoreactive with sera of Toxoplasma gondii-infected individuals.

Purification: extraction and high speed centrifugation

Presentation: solution in 50mM Tris/HCL pH 8.0, 0.05% merthiolate, 40uM PMSF, 100 IU/ml aprotonin

Inactivation: 0.005% merthiolate

Analysis: SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting with monoclonal antibodies and human IgG positive anti-Toxoplasma gondi serum.
