Description: HIV-1 env antigen (recombinant) a.a. 466 to a.a. 753 of the HIV-1 env region , approx 32kDa.

Purity: >95%; Purity of protein is evaluated by SDS-PAGE, by measuring optical density at 280nm and by method of Bradford et al.

Origin: E. coli recombinant.

Fusions: b-galactosidase (114 kDa) fused at the N-terminus.

Buffer/Composition: 8M Urea; 20mM Tris-HCL pH 8.0; 10mM B- mercaptoethanol

Concentration: -1 mg/1 ml; bulk amount available upon request.

Storage: Short term: 4'C.
