Purity: >95%; Purity by SDS-PAGE and by measuring optical density at 280nm by method of Bradford et al.

Origin: E. coli recombinant.

Fusions: B-galactosidase (114kD) fused at the N-terminus

Buffer/Composition: 8M Urea; 20mM Tris-HCL pH 8.0;20mM B- mercaptoethanol
