This clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with
spleen cells of a balb/c mice immunized with purified
bovine rotavirus, cell culture adapted strain Mr.
Specificity: P42 inner-capsid antigen
Reactivity: MoAb 3C10 react with rotavirus p42
antigen.
Mouse isotype: IgG2a
Application: Detection of rotaviruses.
Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose.
Purity is tested by electrophoresis.
Presentation: Each vial contains 1 ml of antibodies with concentration 1 mg/ml,
in PBS, pH 7.4,containing 0.1% of sodium azide
as preservative. Store 4-8 DEG C.
Material safety note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for
research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when
handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%)
as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide
is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
