Monoclonal mouse anti-influenza virus type A (nucleoproteid)

Clone: IVF8
This clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with
spleen cells of a balb/c mice
immunized with purified influenza virus type A strain H1N1.
Specificity: Influenza virus type A,(nucleoproteid).
Reactivity:
Mouse isotype: IgG1
Application: Detection and serotyping of influenza
virus type A.
MoAb IVF8 can be used in immunocytochemistry.
MoAb IVF8 inhibit viral
reproduction after fatty acid acylation.
Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose.
Purity is tested by electrophoresis.
Presentation: Each vial contains 1 ml of antibodies with concentration 1 mg/ml,
in PBS, pH 7.4,containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at -20C. Avoid repeated
freeze-thaw cycles.

handling this material. Contains sodium azide is very
