RDI Divison of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Clone: H3A4 or H6F5

These clones have been derived from the hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant HBcAg.

Specificity: HBcAg. Clones H3A4 and H6F5 are directed to different antigenic determinants.

Mouse isotype: mIg2A

Application: Detection of HBcAg.

Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose. Purity is tested by electrophoresis.

Presentation: Each vial contains 1mg of antibodies with concen-tration mg/ml, in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at 4 DEG C.

Material safety note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
