These clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with recombinant HBsAg of ayw subtype (clones HB5, HB6, HB11, HB13, HB12) and with natural HbsAg (clones NE3, NF5)

Specificity: Hepatitis B virus surface antigen

Clones are reacting with the following HbsAg subtypes : ayw1, ayw2, ayw3, ayw4, ayr, adw2, adw4, adrq+, adrq-, ayw3 (Fer).

Mouse isotype: IgG2a for clone NF5, 95E1, Hs33,

IgG1 for clones NE3, HB11, HB13, HB12, HB6, HB5, X12, Hs41

Application: Detection of HBsAg in two-site enzyme immunoassay.

Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay : NE3 - NF5, HB5 - HB6, HB13 - HB6, HB12-HB6, X12 - 95E1

.Best pair: coat clone HS33, use clone HS41 (must conjugate yourself with HRP or custom order)

Purification: Clones X12 and 95E1 are purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose, all other clones are purified by chromatography on protein G Sepharose. Purity is tested by electrophoresis.

Presentation: Each vial contains antibodies in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at + 4 °C.

sample protocol:

coat clone Hs33, 5ug/ml in 0.1M carbonate buffer

Antigen: in PBS-AT, incubation 1 hour at 37 DEg C

Conjugate: HRP-conjugated Hs41, 1:20000 in PBS-AT

Substrate: TMB-20 minutes

results calibration curve: sensitivity 50pg/ml

FOR IN VITRO RESEARCH USE ONLY

NOTE: Recommend centrifuging the unopened vial at 500-1000 RPM for 2 minutes to concentrate antibody in bottom of vial. If desired, you can add ul PBS containing 0.1% NaN3 to bring volume to 1mg in 1ml.
