This clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with
spleen cells of a balb/c mice immunized with pooled
water-soluble antigens from disintegrated microbial mass of Fr.tularensis
vaccine strain.|
Reactivity: MoAb T14 react with LPS of Fr.tularensis. There is no cross-reactivity with Y pestis, Y. pseudotuberculosis, Y.
enterocolitica, V. cholera, E.Coli,
S. typhimurium, Fr. novicida,
Br, melitensis, Br. abortus,
Br.suis,Br.ovis, Br.neotomae.
Indirect ELISA titre using purified LPS Fr.tularensis as a coating antigen 1:65 000.
Mouse isotype: IgG3
Application: MoAb T14 can be used for detection of Fr.tularensis in ELISA and immunofluorescence
technique.
Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose.
Purity is tested by electrophoresis.
Presentation: Each vial contains 1 ml of antibodies with concentration 1 mg/ml,
in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative.Store at -20C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw
cycles.
Material Safety Note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for
research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when
handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%)
as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide
is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.

This clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with
spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with Fr. tularensis.
Specificity:
MoAb FB11 are able to precipitate LPS and do not reveal.In ELISA and the diffusion precipitation reaction,
any polysaccharides obtained from LPS by hydrolysis with 1% CH3COOH or by
treatment with 0.1 N NaOH.
Reactivity: In immunofluorescence studies MoAb FB11 do not display any cross-reactivity with
Fr.novicida.Br. abortus, Br.suis,
Br.melitensis, Br.ovis,Y.pestis.
Y. enterocolitica, Y. pseudotuberculosis,
E.Coli, V. cholerae. Titre of FB11 antibodies not less than 1:10 000 in indirect
ELISA using purified LPS Fr.tularensis as a coating
antigen.
Recommended dilution: 1:10000 in ELISA/indirect immunofluorescence
(phosphate buffer). As second antibody we recommend to use anti-mouse IgG.
Mouse isotype: IgG2a
Application: For diagnosis of tularemia: recognition of tularemia agent and its
LPS-containing antigens.
Purification: Purified from ascites by treatment with
caprilic acid and by gel-filtration using
TSK-TUOPEARL HW 55F. Store +4C.
Packaging: appro x1mg/ml in PNBS with 0.1% NaN3
