Clones: Clones BA35, Bx85, Bx88New clones: BrH1, BrF11, BrG11
Specificity: Clone BA35 is reacting with 29 and 12 kD proteins in Western blotting, clones Bx85 and Bx88 are reacting with LPS of Brucella abortus, clone BrH1 is reacting with BSCP31 and clones BrF11 and BrG11 are reacting with intact Brucella-cells.
Mouse isotype: IgG1- clones Bx85, Bx88, BrF11
IgG2a - clone BA35, BrH1, BrG11
Application: Detection of antigen of Brucella abortus in ELISA.Recommended pair (coating - conjugate) : Bx85 - Bx88Clones BA35, BrH1, BrF11 and BrG11 are working in Western Blotting.
Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein G Sepharose. Purity is tested by electrophoresis.
Presentation: Each vial contains antibodies in PBS, pH 7,4, containing 0,1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at + 4°C.

Contains sodium azide (0,1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
