ANTIBODIES
(anti-Human and others as indicated)
RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.
Monoclonal mouse anti-enterotoxin Staphylococcus aureus
CAT#: RDI-TRK2S3-S1 or RDI-TRK2S3-S5 or RDI-TRK2S3-S5
PRICE: $375.00/mg $344.00/mg 2-9 $312.00/mg 10+ Bulk on request
Clone: S1, S5, S2
These clones have been derived from hybridization of X63-Ag8-653 myeloma
cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunised with purified enterotoxin
A from FRI-722H strain of St. aureus.
Specificity: Enterotoxins A,B,C1,C2,D,E of St. aureus
Reactivity: Specificity of MoAb were established in indirect ELISA using
standard staphylococcal enterotoxins A, B,C1,C2,D,E from Serva (Germany)
at appropriate dilution of ascitic fluids. Percentage of cross-reactivity
is shown in the attached table. At 0,1 uM MoAb S5 inhibits enterotoxins induced
stimulation of T- lymphocytes in vitro.
Mouse isotype:All clones IgG2a.
Application: Detection of staphylococcal enterotoxins in ELISA.
Purification:Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepparose
Purity is tested by electrophoresis.
Presentation:Each vial contains 1 ml of antibodies with concentration 1 mg/ml,
in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative.
Material safety note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for
research purpose only. Standard Laboratory practices should be followed when
handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Al
though the amount of sodium azide is very small ap propriate care must be
taken when handling this product.
