RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.
Monoclonal mouse anti-Diphteria toxin A subunit
CAT#: RDI-TRK2DA14-8A4 or RDI-TRK2DA14-7F2
PRICE: $375.00/mg or $344.00/mg 2-9 $312.00/mg 10+ Bulk on request
Clone: 8A4, 7F2
These clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells
with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with Diphteria toxoid.
Reactivity: MoAb 8A4 reacts with free A subunit of Diphteria toxin. It does not react with the whole Diphteria toxin and free B subunit of Diphteria toxin.
MoAb 7F2 reacts with the epitope exposed on free A subunit and on whole Diphteria toxin molecule. It does not react with free B subunit of Diphteria toxin.
Mouse isotype: IgG1 for clone 7F2
IgG2a for clone 8A4
Application: Detection of Diphteria toxin A subunit by different immunochemical technique. We recommend to use MoAb 8A4 for coating and MoAb 7F2 for labeling
Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose.
Purity is tested by electrophoresis.
Presentation: Each vial contains 1 ml of antibodies with concentration 1 mg/ml, in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at +4C.
Material safety note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as presevative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
