Immunogen Recombinant AAV-2 Rep78 protein, N-terminally truncated by 171 aa

Clinical Application/ Specificity Mab 76.3 reacts with Rep proteins (Rep78 and Rep52) of human AAV-2-infected cells, does not react with Rep68 and Rep40. Four Rep proteins (Rep78, Rep68, Rep52 and Rep40) are expressed in different concentrations during infection.
