Adeno-Associated Virus  ANTIBODIES

(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Divison of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

ANTI-Adeno-Asscociated Virus , VP1 & VP2

Mab to VP 1 and VP 2 of AAV  (adeno-associated virus)

cat#RDI-PRO61057, new cat#: 10R-A113a    $525.00/50ug

Clone                        A69

Category                   Mouse monoclonal

Form/Purification    Protein A purified from culture supernatant

Immunogen                Adeno-associated virus particles

Clinical Application/

Specificity A69 reacts with VP 1 and VP 2 of adeno-associated virus which are highly enriched in the nucleus. Epitope mapping experiments identified aa169 to 184 of VP2 and (with reduced intensity) aa123 to aa136 of VP1 capsid proteins as the specific binding region.
