Clinical Application/

Specificity                 A1 reacts with VP 1 of adeno-associated virus. In immunoprecipitation, an occasional reaction with a non-AAV derived protein is found. Eptiope mapped aa123-131 of VPA capsid protein. The antibody can not be used for affinity chromatography.

Incubation Time        3 h at room temperature or overnight 2-8 DEG Cfor immunohistochemical application

Storage/Stability        At 4°C for min. 1 year after reconstitution

Quantity                   50 µg (lyoph.); contains 0.09% sodium azide and 0.5% BSA
