Description/Specifiity/ MOC-21 reacts with membrane-associated proteins of 120 kD, 125 kD and 145 kD in normal and malignant tissue, including a subgroup of SCLC. Lack of reactivity with MOC-21 and MOC-32 (Cat. No. 10832) within this SCLC subgroup correlates with a bad response to chemotherapy. Special procedure for bronchoscopically procured material (see ref. 2).

Description/Specificity/        MOC-32 reacts with a membrane-

No. 10830) within this SCLC subgroup correlates with a bad response to chemotherapy. Special procedure for bronchoscopically procured material (see ref. 2).
