Source: Pooled normal human serum. Blood samples from donors were tested
and found to be negative for HBsAg, HIV-1 and HIV- 2 antibodies, HCV.
Preparation: Affinity chromatography of pooled normal human serum Gel for
affinity column was prepared by coupling anti-troponin 1 monoclonal antibodies
(several mono clonal antibodies specific to the N-,C-terminal and central parts
of the troponin 1 molecule) with BrCN- activated Sepharose CL 4B.
Analysis: Does not contain detectable amounts of human cardiac Troponin 1.
Applications: Troponin 1 free serum can be used for preparation of human cardiac troponin 1 standards and calibra tors.
Storage: -20'C
