                          derived from hybridization of Sp 2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human cardiac troponin C.

Specificity: specific for human cardiac troponin C (other species not tested)

Application: Troponin C immunoassay ,immunoaffinity purification. All antibodies work in western blotting and ELISA. Titer approx 1 X 10^-6
