Antigen: sheep macrophages

Clone: VPM 63

Isotype: mIgG1

Specificity: recognizes an antigen of 42/44kd expressed by most tissue macrophages

USE: -flow cytometry (1:3 dilution)

-histochemsitry (acetone fixed frozen sections)

-immunoprecipitation (neat)

-not tested for other applications

Titer must be optimized for each method

Storage: Store at 4 DEG C (short term,) -20 DEG C long term. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.
