Package Size: 2ml tissue culture supernatant with 0.2M Tris/HCL pH7.4, 5-10% fetal calf serum and 0.01% sodium azide

Antigen: sheep thymocytes

Clone: VPM31

Isotype: mIgM (recommend use of specific anti-IgM secondary antibody)

Approx protein: 7-10mg/ml total protein concentration

Specificity: recognizes the sheep CD8 cell surface antigen expressed by the cytotoxic/supressor subset of T cells.

USE: -flow cytometry (neat)

         -histochemistryy (acetone fixed frozen sections)

-not tested for other applications

Titer must be optimized for each method


Storage: Store at 4 DEG C (short term,) -20 DEG C long term. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.
