Package Size: 2ml tissue culture supernatant with 0.2M Tris/HCL pH7.4, 5-10% fetal calf serum and 0.01% sodium azide

Antigen: sheep macrophages

Clone: VPM 65

Isotype: mIgG1

Specificity: recognizes the ovine homolog of the human CD14 cell surface antigen, a 55kd glycoprotein expressed by monocytes and macrophages.

USE: -flow cytometry (1:3 dilution)

         -histochemsitry (acetone fixed frozen sections)

         -immunoprecipitation (neat)

        -not tested for other applications

Titer must be optimized for each method

Storage: Store at 4 DEG C (short term,) -20 DEG C long term. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.
