ANTIBODIES

(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) Receptor ANTISERA

Mouse Anti-G-CSFR receptor (HUMAN reactive) CD114

Catalog#: RDI-CD114-LM $562.00/vial

also available:Biotin labeled cat#RDI-CD114-LMBT $625.00/0.5mg

Package Size: 500ug purified in 1ml (0.5mg/ml) 10mM sodium phosphate pH7.2 with 150mM NaCl and 0.09% sodium azide. (sodium azide is toxic, dilute azide compounds with copious amounts of water when disposing in drain to avoid accumulation of explosive deposits- avoid contact with acids.)

Prep: purified by Protein G from TCS

Species: mouse IgG1k

CLONE: LMM741 Workshop Code:VI, MA98

Activity: Reacts with the human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor(G-CSF) receptor. G-CSFR are expressed on the neutrophils, myeloid leukemias, endothelium, platelets and placenta. The immunogen for this antibody was the CH0-6A11 cell line which was generated by transfection of CHO cells with an expression vector containing a full length cDNA encoding the human G-CSF receptor. Binding approx position 332-346

Application: -Indirect immunofluorescence cell surface staining (flow cytometry) , Titer for each application -recommend approx 2ug/million cells, use Streptavidin:PE, positive staining on human peripheral blood granulocytes and TF-1 and U-937 cell lines but not with human peripheral blood lymphocytes and Raji and JY cell lines.

-western blot (on peripheral blood granulocytes=2 bands 130kDa and a minor band at 95kDa).

-immunoprecipitation

-blocking(azide free)
