RDI Divison of Fitzgerald Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.
Mouse anti-human CD89 antibodies
CATALOG# CLONE# Workshop Host Form Price
RDI-CD89A59 A59 V mIgG1 purified $281.00
Catalog#: RDI-CD89A59 $281.00/vial
also available PE conjugated: cat#RDI-CD89A59-PE $469.00/100
Package Size: 100ug purified in 0.2ml (0.5mg/ml) 50mM Tris-Hcl (pH 8.0), 0.15M NaCl and 0.1% sodium azide. (sodium azide is toxic, dilute azide compounds with copious amounts of water when disposing in drain to avoid accumulation of explosive deposits-avoid contact with acids.)
Prep: purified from tissue culture supernatant via Protein G affinity chromatography.
Species: mouse IgG1k
Workshop Code: Workshop V, MA104
Activity: Reacts with the Fc receptor for IgA, a 55-75 Kd glycoprotein expressed on cells of granulocytic and monocyte/macrophage lineages in peripheral blood, but not on lymphocytes. It is also expressed on promyelocytes in bone marrow and in the cytolpasm of fixed monocytes. This antibody is reactive with intracellular FC gamma R, does not block IgA binding and is more efficient than native IgA ligands in the isolation of FCgamma R molecules. FcgammaR plays a role in triggering phagocytosis and respiratory burst.
Application: -Indirect immunofluorescence cell surface staining , Titer for each application
fixed frozen sections
