CD CLUSTERED ANTIBODIES
(anti-Human and others as indicated)
NOTE: 10% Discount on purchases of 3 or more any combination of CD antibodies. Please inquire for bulk or custom formulations (without preservative or carrier).
RDI Divison of Fitzgerald Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.
Mouse anti-human CD79a antibodies
RDI-CD79aHM47 HM47 V mIgG1 purified $281.00
RDI-CBL538 ZL7-4 -- mIgG1 purfied $375.00
RDI-CBL538FT "" -- " FITC $375.00
RDI-CD79Aabm-E3 11E3 -- mIgG1 TCS $562.00/1ml (paraffin sections)
Catalog#: RDI-CD79aHM47 $281.00/vial
Package Size: 100ug purified in 0.2ml (0.5mg/ml) 50mM Tris-Hcl (pH 8.0), 0.15M NaCl and 0.09% sodium azide. (sodium azide is toxic, dilute azide compounds with copious amounts of water when disposing in drain to avoid accumulation of explosive deposits-avoid contact with acids.)
Prep: purified from tissue culture supernatant via Protein G affinity chromatography.
Species: mouse IgG1k
Workshop Code: Workshop V, cB017
Activity: Reacts with the cytoplasmic domain of a 47KD membrane glycoprotein present on B lymphocytes, also referred to as mb-1. It is expressed on B cells at various stages of differentiation, from pre-B cell stage, probably before expression of cytoplasmic U chain, to plasma cell stage, in which it is detected only in the cytoplasm. CD79a associates with CD79b to form part of the B cell receptor complex. It has been suggested that CD79a may play a role in mediating the transport of IgM to the cell surface.
Application: -Indirect immunofluorescence cell surface staining , Titer for each application
-acetone fixed frozen tissue sections

IMMUNIZING ANTIGEN IgM complex isolated from Daudi cells
FUSION PARTNER NS1 myeloma cell line
SOURCE Mouse ascitic fluid
PURIFICATION METHOD Protein A affinity chromatography
SPECIFICITY This antibody reacts with human CD79a positive cells. CD79a is expressed by all B lymphocytes from early B cells to plasma cells. CD79a is a good marker for B lineage in leukaemia and lymphoma.
APPLICATIONS *Flow cytometry*Suitable for formalin fixed paraffin wax embedded tissue sections, pretreated with trypsin.
PRESENTATION The monoclonal is presented at a concentration of 200µg/2ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 10mM sodium azide and 1mg/ml bovine serum albumin. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum working titre for use in its particular application.
STORAGE For use within 1 month of purchase store at +4oC, for long term storage aliquot antibody into small volumes and store at -20oC.
For Research Use Only. Not supplied for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
