Reactivity: The monoclonal antibody is directed against the CDw78-antigen,which is expressed on human B lymphocytes.

The monoclonal antibody reacts with peripheral blood and tonsillar B lymphocytes.The monoclonal antibody reacts weakly with monocytes.

Applications: Enumeration of B lymphocytes and their precursor in in peripheral blood and tissue.Studies on distribution and expression of CDw78-antigen which may have role in the regulation of B-cell proliferation.

Methods: Indirect immunofluorescence staining with analysis by FACS or fluorescence microscopy.

Mouse isotype:The monoclonal antibody is of the mouse subclass IgG1.

Source: Mouse ascites fluid.

Purification: Ammoniumsulphate precipitation and ion exchange chromatography.

Packing: Each vial contains 0.2mg/ml monoclonal antibody and 1 mg BSA in PBS.

Preservative: Sodium azide (0.1%).

Storage: Monoclonal antibodies should be stored at 2-8Deg.C and will retain their activity for approximately 12 months.
