NOTE: 10% Discount on purchases of  3 or more any combination of CD antibodies. Please inquire for bulk or custom formulations (without preservative or carrier).

RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Species: mouse IgG1k

CLONE: FN50

Workshop Code: Workshop IV #A091

Activity: Reacts with the 28/34 kD dimeric glycoprotein expressed during an early activation stage of lymphocytes and monocytes. Clone FN50 monoclonal antibody labels most lymphocytes of the follicular mantle and perifollicular/interfollicular zone as well as intragerminal center T cells of lymph nodes and tonsils. Antibodies to CD69 are useful for classification of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and Hodgkin's disease CD69 is implicated in the regulation of T- and B cell activation.

Application: -Indirect immunofluorescence cell surface staining ,

                      Acetone fixed-frozen sections

Titer for each application
