SPECIFICITY This antibody recognizes the CD47 antigen which is expressed on virtually all haemopoietic cells including thymocytes, T and B cells, monocytes, platelets and also on epithelial and endothelial cells. The antibody binds to the 47-52 kDa component on immunoblasts of erythrocyte membranes

APPLICATIONS * Study of the heavily glycosylated cell membrane glycoprotein which may play a role in cation fluxes in mammalian cells

PRESENTATION The monoclonal is presented at a concentration of 200µg/2ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 10mM sodium azide and 1mg/ml bovine serum albumin. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum working titre for use in its particular application.

STORAGE For use within 1 month of purchase store at +4oC, for long term storage aliquot antibody into small volumes and store at -20oC.
