CD CLUSTERED ANTIBODIES
(anti-Human and others as indicated)
NOTE: 10% Discount on purchases of 3 or more any combination of CD antibodies. Please inquire for bulk or custom formulations (without preservative or carrier).
RDI Divison of Fitzgerald Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.
RDI-CD137-4B4 4B4-1 ---- mIg1 purified $281.00
Catalog#: RDI-CD137-4B4 $281.00/vial
-also available: Fitc labeled cat#RDI-CD137FT $438.00/100tests
also available PE conjugated cat#RDI-CD137PE $594.00/100T
Biotin conjugated cat#RDI-CD137Bt T $469.00/100ug
(Bulk material quote on request)
Package Size: 100ug purified in 50mM Tris-Hcl (pH 8.0), 0.15M NaCl and 0.1%
sodium azide. (sodium azide is toxic, dilute azide compounds with copious
amounts of water when disposing in drain to avoid accumulation of explosive
deposits-avoid contact with acids.)
Species: mouse IgG1k
Workshop Code: N/A
Activity: Reacts with 4-1BB, a 30kDa glycoprotein expressed on activated T cells. 4-1BB can be detected on Con A or PHA- stimulated peripheral blood cells (CD4+ and CD8+) and on CEM cell (human T-cell leukemia cell line) following 2 day PMA and ionomycin stimulation, but not on resting T cells. 4-1BB may be a participant in T-cell activation. It has been reported to be responsible for rescuing T cells from activation-induced apoptosis, upregulation of TH-1 type, down regulation of TH-2 type cytokine responses, and induction of cell adhesion to fibronectin.
Application: -Indirect immunofluorescence cell surface staining , Titer for each application

Storage: Store at 4 DEG C.
Precautions: For In vitro research Use Only. Not for use in or on humans or animals or for diagnostics. Background: Human CD137 (4-1BB) is expressed on activated T cells within
24-48 hours of activation. CD137 is a type I membrane protein and a member
of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. CD137 appears to be important
for T cell proliferation and survival and induces monocyte activation.
cat# RDI-CD137FU-AG Price: $531.00/25ug
package: 25 micrograms (preservative free) in 50ul (0.5mg/ml) 50mM sodium phosphate pH7.5, 100mM Potassium chloride, 150mM NaCl.Product was filtered through 0.1um and vialed under aseptic conditions. Tighten Cap and centrifuge 1 minute at 1000 rpm to concentrate material in vial prior to use.
Cell Line: CHO
Mw: a soluble 55kd fusion protein consisting of the extracellular (186aa) domain of human CD137 fused to human IgG1 fc.
Activity: This human CD137 Ig fusion protein blocks binding of an anti-human CD137 To activated CEM human tumor cells and also binds to CD137 Ligand on Raji cells.
-can be used in histochemistry (frozen sections) and flow cytometry
Storage: 2-5 DEG C (DO NOT FREEZE) aliquot and store in working aliquots.
ref: Blood 87:2839-2845 (1996)
Assay: 500K human Raji cells were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80ul of CD137-huIg at 5ug/ml. Cells were washed twice and incubated with 50ul of secondary antibody (Goat anti-human IgG:FITC) after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by Facs. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 0.48 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a buffer control at a similar concentration. Binding was blocked when reagent was preincubated 30 minutes with CD137L-muCD8 at a concentration of 50ug/ml.
For In Vitro Research Use Only.
