PRO-COLLAGEN
ANTIBODIES
(anti-Human and others as indicated)
RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.
CAT# RDI-PROCOL1abrt-8 $344.00
Presentation: 100ul tissue Culture Supernatant
-at first use, tigthen cap, centrifuge 1-2 minutes 1000rpm to concentrate antibody in vial
IMMUNOGEN: Human pro-collagen I.
ISOTYPE: rat IgG1
Clone: M-58
SPECIFICITY: Human pro-collagen I. MAB labels the amino-terminal pro-peptide.
Use: Immunohistochemistry: 1:10,000-1:50,000 (fresh frozen tissue sections.) Suitable for formaldehyde/formalin fixed paraffin sections, suggested starting dilution 1:100- 1:1000, after treatment with 1% trypsin, 20 minutes at room temperature. Does not stain mature collagen fibers in tissue. Localized intracellularly in cells producing pro-collagen I.
-Not recommended for Western Blots
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
STORAGE: Maintain frozen at -20 °C in undiluted aliquots for up to 12 months.

cat# RDI-PROCOL1abm-10 $344.00
Presentation: 100ul ascites.
IMMUNOGEN: Human pro-collagen I.
ISOTYPE: mIgG1
SPECIFICITY: Labels carboxy-terminal pro-peptide of collagen type I. Does not stain mature collagen fibers in tissue, but rather is localized intracellularly in cells producing pro-collagen
Species: Positive reaction: human, guinea pig, bovine.
Negative reaction: mouse, rat, hamster.
APPLICATIONS: Suitable for acid-alcohol (1% HOAC in 95% ETOH) fixation. Suggested starting dilution 1:100 (10-25 ug/mL). Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
STORAGE: Maintain at -20°C in aliquots up to 12 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
