Clinical Application/ Specificity:MAb DE-K10 specifically recognizes the 56.6
kDa cytokeratin 10 polypeptide in squamous cell carcinomas from e.g. epidermis,
lung, bladder, cervix, oesophagus.
Application Suitable for:
· Immunohistochemistry
· Immunoblotting
· Cell suspensions
· Suitable for frozen and paraffin sections
· protease digestion: trypsin)
Recommended Positive Control: Squamous cell carcinoma
Antigen Recognized in species tested so far: human
Working Dilution 1:5 - 1:10
Dilution Buffer 0.15 M PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% Na-Azide
Incubation Time 1 h at room temperature
Storage/Stability At 4°C for min. 1 year
