Clinical Application/ Specificity:RKSE 60 can be used for the recognition of keratinizing cells in squamous cell carcinomas from epidermis, lung, bladder, cervix, esophargus etc. The antibody reacts only with supra-basal cells of the epidermis and not wish the basal cells.
