Beta III ISOFORM of TUBULIN Monoclonal antibodies

28th Aug 2021

RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

DATA SHEET: (mouse anti-Beta Tubulin) CLASS III CLONE TUJ1

Catalog#: RDI-tubulB1abmX $450.00/vial

Package Size: 100ug in 0.1ml (1mg/ml) in PBS with 5% trehalose

lot#

clone: TUJ-1

Ig Isotype: mouse IgG2a (Protein G purified from cell culture)

Antigen: rat brain microtubules

Species: Broad mammalian reactivity

Reactivity: Highly reactive with neuron specific CLASS III beta tubulin (III) and does not identify beta tubulin found in glial cells. Clone TUJ1 has been used successfully in immunoblotting (1:1000), predicted MW 50kda. immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemistry/immunofluorescence (1:100)

-This antibody can be used with the appropriate secondary reagents at the concentration of 510ug/ml in fixed cells. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and 0.15% picric acid in PBS at room temperature for 20 min., followed by blocking and permeablized with PBS containing 10% normal donkey serum, 0.1% Triton X-100 and 1% BSA at room temperature for 45 min. After blocking, cells were incubated with diluted primary antibody overnight at 4 C and followed by incubation for 1 hour with appropriate secondary antibody at room temperature. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS and 0.1% BSA.

Storage: Antibody can be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20 months without detectable loss of activi ty. The without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
