Working Dilution Dilute approx. 1:200 with PBS pH 7.4 for immunohistochemical application; optimal working dilution should be determined by serial dilution prior to application
Incubation Time 1h at RT; extended with Paraffin
Pretreatment With paraffin-embedded sections, protease pretreatment is recommended.
Storage At 2-8°C
Quantity 200 µg (1 mg/mL) in PBS with 0.1% NaN3
