Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Packaging: 50ug protein G purified mouse IgG1 in 50ul 0.1M Tris-glycine pH 7.4 with 0.05% sodium azide). -After thawing, tighten cap and centrifuge for 1-2 minutes at 1000 RPM to concentrate antibody in vial. Further dilutions in Tris-glycine buffers or PBS with 0.05% NaN3 (containing 1% BSA or carrier protein recommended).

Antigen: purified Na K ATPase isolated from membrane fractions of rabbit kidney outer medulla.
Specificity: specific for isoform of Na-K ATPase alpha 1 subunit in rabbit, RAT, human, monkey, mouse, dog, lamb, pig and Xenopus.
Uses: Western blot: 0.05-0.1ug/ml dilution in blocking solution (TRis buffered saline containing 3% non fat dry milk . Detects Na-K ATPase alpha 1 isoform in approx 50ug brain and kidney microsomal protein using the ECL system. To reduce background,wash blots with 0.05% Tween-20 in PBS for 15 minutes. band approx 100kDa.
-Do not boil microsomes (warm to 37 DEG C)
IMMUNOCYTOCHEMISTRY: 1-10ug/ml incubated 4 DEGC overnight on ice cold methanol fixed tissue. Immunoprecipitation: 1-2ug
