Anti-Rabbit Antibodies

Package Size: 1ml supernatant containing 0.2M Tris/HCL pH 7.4 and 5- 10% fetal calf serum and 0.01% Sodium azide

Concentration: approx total protein 10mg/ml

                        IgG concentration approx 6ug/ml

Species: mouse IgG2a

Clone: QBEND/40

Antigen: Human Endothelium (thrombomodulin)

Specificity: -Recognizes all human endothelium tested. Preliminary evidence suggests that this antibody recognizes thrombomodulin, but does not inhibit thrombomodulin dependent activation of protein C. Also recognizes   rabbit endothelium.

Use: -flow cytometery:approx 10ul per 1 million cells

        -histochemistry (frozen section) not paraffin   approx 1:10 dilution

   Titer: Optimize for each method

Storage: Store at 4 Deg C for up to one month. Freeze to - 20 DEG C for long term. Recommend aliquoting. AVOID FREQUENT FREEZE THAW CYCLES. Do not freeze diluted antibody.
