Anti-RAT
CD CLUSTERED ANTIBODIES

RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.

Anti-RAT  CD62L (L-Selectin/LECAM-1)  Antibodies

DATA SHEET:  Hamster anti rat CD62L (L-selectin, LECAM-1), monoclonal   -BLOCKING

Catalog#: RDI-RTCD62L-H1 (Discontinued)     $281.00/1pkg  $219.00/package 5+

Package Size: 0.1mg in 0.2ml 10mM Phosphate buffer, pH 7.2 with 150mM NACL  and 0.09% sodium azide

Clone: HRL1

Ig Isotype: armenian hamster IgG group 2g

Immunogen: Rat Lecam-1 human IgG1 fusion protein

Reactivity: Reacts with rat L-selectin, which is detected on a small percentage of thymocytes and on most neutrophils and peripheral lymphocytes. CD62L is a 90kDa receptor with lectin-like and epidermal growth factor-like domains, which binds to sialylated oligosaccaride determinats on high endothelial venules (HEV) in peripheral lymph nodes. This member of the selectin adhesion molecule family appears to be required for lymphocyte homing to peripheral lymph nodes and to contribute to neutrophil emigration at inflammatory sites. Expression of L-selectinb on lymphocytes and neutrophils is rapidly down-regulated upon cell activation, and on the level of antigen expression distinguishes naive CD4+ T cells from effector/memory T helper cells. Clone HRL1 Mab inhibits the ligand binding activity of L-selectin in invitro assays and slows in vivo leukocyte rolling on microvascular endothelium.

USE: flow cytometry(<1ug/1M cells) using EDTA as an antigcoagulant (heparin should not be used).

DATA SHEET:   Hamster anti rat CD62L (L-selectin, LECAM-1), monoclonal   -NON BLOCKING

Catalog#: RDI-RTCD62L-H2 (Discontinued)   $281.00/1pkg

Package Size: 0.1mg in 0.2 TRIS with 0.09% sodium azide

Clone: HRL2

Ig Isotype: armenian hamster IgG group 1k

Immunogen: Rat Lecam-1 human IgG1 fusion protein

Reactivity: Reacts with rat L-selectin, which is detected on a small percentage of thymocytes and on most neutrophils and peripheral lymphocytes. CD62L is a 90kDa receptor with lectin-like and epidermal growth factor-like domains, which binds to sialylated oligosaccaride determinats on high endothelial venules (HEV) in peripheral lymph nodes. Expression of L-selectinb on lymphocytes and neutrophils is rapidly down-regulated upon cell activation, and on the level of antigen expression distinguishes naive CD4+ T cells   from effector/memory T helper cells. Clone HRL2 Mab recognizes a different epitope from that recognized by clone HRLL1 and DOES NOT INHIBIT the ligand binding activity of L- selectin.|
