Purification: Purified from ascites

Reactivity: Reacts with ICAM-1, an 85kDa surface glycoprotein found primarily on endothelium in lymphoid tissues and on activated lymphocytes. Clone 1A29 inhibits PMA-induced aggregation of PHA-stimulated splenic blasts, as well as the adhesion of PHA- stimulated blasts to HEV-derived endothelial cells. It has also been reported to inhibit leukocyte infiltration in an in vivo system.

USE: flow cytometry(<1ug/1M cells) histochemistry (acetone fixed frozen sections) and paraffin sections immunoprecipitation function blocking
