concentration)
Species: mouse IgG1
Antigen: Rat T-cell blasts
Fusion: spleen cells from immunized Balb/c mice were fused with cells of
NSO myeloma cell line.
CLONE: MRC OX-44
Activity: Reacts with rat CD53 cell surface antigen, a 43kda glycoprotein
expressed by all myeloid and peripheral lymphoid cells, and by a small subset
of thymocytes.
Application: -Indirect fluorescence (approx neat -1:1000 dilution) approx
10ul of diluted antibody per 1 Million cells using an FAB's fragmented anti-mouse
second antibody (absorbed against rat serum).
-frozen and parrafin sections
-immunoprecipitation
-titers must be determined for each application
Storage: Store at 4 Deg C (short term), -20 DEG C long term. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.
