Anti-RAT  CD 48  Antibodies

Catalog#: RDI-RTCD48-OX45   $375.00/vial

Package Size: 2ml TCS with 0.1% sodium azide (TCS contains   0.2M Tris/HCL ph7.4 and 5-10% fetal bovine   serum)

Species: mouse IgG1

Antigen: Rat T-blasts prepared by stimulating purified T-helper cells with allogenic irradiated rat spleen cells.

Fusion: spleen cells from immunized Balb/c mice were fused with cells of NSO myeloma cell line.

CLONE: MRC OX-45

Activity: Reacts with rat CD48, a 45 kDa glycoprotein expressed on all haemopoietic and endothelial cells. No other species cross reactivity.

Application: -Indirect fluorescence (approx neat -1:5 dilution) approx 10ul of diluted antibody per 1 Million cells using an FAB's fragmented anti-mouse second antibody (absorbed against rat serum).

-other applications not tested to date -titers must be determined for each application

Storage: Store at 4 Deg C (short term), -20 DEG C long term. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.
