Package Size: 500ug in 1ml (0.5mg/ml) PBS with 0.09% NaN3
Species: mouse IgG1k
Antigen: activated Lewis rat derived microglial cells
Fusion: spleen cells from immunized Balb/c mice were fused with cells of
mouse SP2 myeloma cell line.
CLONE: TLD-3A12
Activity: Reacts with rat Pecam-1. Antibody gives positive reaction at high
dilutions against recombinant rat PECAM-1. This antibody also cross reacts
with Pig endothelial cells and platelets as determined by histochemistry
on acetone fixed frozen sections and flow cytometry. Reactivity
with other species not determined. Non reactive with human CD31.
Application: -Indirect fluorescence (approx 1/10-1/100 dilution) approx 10ul
of diluted antibody per 1 Million cells using an FAB's fragmented anti-mouse
second antibody (absorbed against rat serum).
-histochemistry on frozen sections (not tested on paraffin)
-for paraffin sections recommend zinc fixed sections (with AP detection systems)
-western blotting
-immunoassay
-immunoprecipitation
-titers must be determined for each application
