Species: Armenian hamster IgM
CLONE: HA2/5
Activity: reacts with the 130kDa integrin B1 subunit (CD29). The antigen
for this clone was emulsified rat glomeruli and the antibody is specific
for rat and mouse CD29. It has been reported that this clone can block the
adhesion of cels expressing integrin B1 to extracellular matrices.
Application: -Indirect immunofluorescence cell surface staining.
-immunoprecipitation (non-conjugated)
-function blocking (non conjugated)
-histochemistry (acetone fixed frozen sections-nnon conjugated)
Storage: Store at 4 DEG C for up to 30 days. Prolonged storage at -20 DEG
C. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.

CLONE: HMB1-1
Activity: reacts with the 130kDa integrin B1 subunit (CD29). The antibody
is specific for rat and mouse CD29. It has been reported that this clone
can block the adhesion of cells expressing CD29 extracellular matrix proteins
and inhibit proliferative responses of splenic T cells to anti-CD3E and allogenic
cells. Clone HMB1-1 and HA 2/5 compete for binding to CD29.
Application: -Indirect immunofluorescence cell surface staining.

-function blocking (must dialyze out azide prior to use).
Storage: Store at 4 DEG C for up to 30 days. Prolonged storage at -20 DEG C. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.

Titers must be optimized for each application
