Immunogen: Rat VCAM-1 transfected L5178T cells
Activity: reacts with CD106, the 110kda transmembrane vascular adhesion
molecule-1 (VCAM-1). Expression of VCAM-1 on endothelial cells is influenced
by inflammatory cytokines and in certain pathologic conditions. In rat bone
marrow, CD106 is expressed on dendritic cells and subsets of the myeloid
lineage.
