Immunogen: Rat thymocyte lentil lectin-binding glycoproteins
Activity: This monoclonal recognizes the CD5 antigen found on thymocytes
and peripheral T lymphocytes, but not NK cells nor gamma-delta TCR-bearing
intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes. A CD5+ subset of B cells has not
been characterized in the rat.
Application: -Indirect immunofluorescence cell surface staining. -FACS
