Specificity: recognizes
SLA-1 expressed on peripheral blood leukocytes, platelets, endothelial cells,
alveolar macrophages but NOT erythrocytes. Clone JM1E3 also Immunoprecipitates
a molecular conplex of 45kda and 12kda polypeptides. It is blocks the
interaction of MHC class I antigens with inhibitory NK cell receptors.
