ANTIBODIES
RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.
cat# RDI-CD3-CD312 $562.00/200ug
Presentation: 200ug in 0.2ml PBS (1mg/ml) with 0.09% sodium azide
Clone Number: CD3-12
Preparation: Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide sequence derived from cytoplasmic epitope of CD3 (Glu-Arg-Pro-Pro-Pro-Val-Pro-Asn-Pro-Asp-Tyr-Glu-Pro-Cys)
Isotype: IgG1 (Rat)
Specificity: This Mab recognises a highly conserved epitope of the CD3 molecule expressed by T lymphocytes.
Species Cross Reactivity: Human, mouse (2), canine, chicken, equine, porcine and rhesus monkey (3). N.B. Antibody reactivity and working conditions may vary between species.
Applications: This product has been reported to work in the following applications. This information is derived from testing in peer-reviewed publications or from personal communications from antibody originators. Please refer to references indicated for further information
Use: -Flow cytometry 1:50-1:100 dilution on fixed and permeabilized cells
-histochemistry: 5-10ug/ml on frozen sections and paraffin section (paraffin requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment for 20 minutes prior to staining of paraffin sections. 1mM EDTA pH8.0 is recommended for this purpose)
-western Blotting :1ug/ml with chemiluminescence detection
-titrate the antibody for use in your own system using appropriate negative/positive controls.
Positive Control Tissue: Tonsil

Storage Conditions: Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred. This product should be stored undiluted. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

cat# RDI-PGCD3-8C8FT $469.00
Presentation: 100ug FITC conjugated Mab in buffer with 0.09% NaN3.
Clone: BB23-8E6-8C8 (class-switch variant of BB23-8E6 1 )
Immunogen: Pig peripheral blood mononuclear cells 2
Isotype: Mouse (BALB/c) IgG2a k
Preparation: purified from tcs by affinity chromatography, conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated FITC
Activity: This Mab reacts with the 25-kDa 8chain of the T-cell receptor-associated CD3 complex.3 It recognizes all CD4+ and most CD8 + peripheral blood T lymphocytes, most thymocytes and PHA-stimulated blasts, and subsets of spleen and Peyer's patch lymphocytes. This isotype-switch variant induces a proliferative response of peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The epitope recognized by BB23-8E6 mAb was designated CD3a by the Second International Swine CD Workshop.
Use: flow cytometry: direct immunofluorescent staining of porcine tissue (1 g/100 l whole blood) positive control: lysed pig erythrocytes. Determine dilutions appropriate for individual use
Storage:. Store undiluted at 4C, protect from light. DO NOT FREEZE..
