Package Size: 2ml tissue Culture Supernatant containing 0.2M Tris/HCl pH7.4
and 5-10% foetal calf serum with 0.1% sodium azide
Clone: MIL-2
Immunogen: Porcine peripheral blood lymphocytes
Isotype: IgG2b (Mouse)
Specificity: recognises porcine CD14. Recent studies suggest that two different
epitopes of CD14 exist on pig cells and the distribution of these epitopes
differ. One epitope is expressed by monocytes and the second epitope is
expressed by granulocytes, but is less accessible. Recognition of CD14 by MIL-2
appears to be restricted to monocytes.
USE: -histochemsitry (acetone fixed frozen sections) 1:2-1:20
-flow cytometry 1:2-1:20
not tested for other applications
Titer must be optimized for each method
