Immunogen Human 43kD protein isolated from peripheral nervous system
Clinical Application/Specificity In paraffin sections, this Mab recognizes
only myelin in the peripheral nervous system. In frozen sections it will
additionally weak stain myelin in the central nervous system. The antibody
is suitable for studies of myelination and demyelination pricesses in the
PNS and remyelination processes in the CNS, that can be observed after trauma
and multiple sclerosis.
Recommended Positive Control: Peripheral nerves
Applications:Immunohistochemistry
Suitable for frozen tissue and paraffin* sections (no proteolytic treatment required)

Working Dilution 1:10
Dilution Buffer PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% Na-Azide
Incubation Time 1 h at room temperature
Storage At 4°C (undiluted) or at -20°C (aliquots)
